BALTIMORE - It was a terrible case of animal cruelty. A dog left to starve to death in a trash can in Baltimore. Now that story has a happy ending.
Thor, the five-year-old Pit Bull, was more than 20-pounds under-weight when police found him and took him to BARCS.
They nursed him back to health and were able to get him adopted.
