BALTIMORE - Just days after the murder of a Johns Hopkins researcher in Charles Village, the Baltimore City State's Attorney, and the man who wants her job, appeared on stage together Thursday night at the Lord's Church in Baltimore's Park Heights community.

And only ABC2 News was there.

The city's top prosecutor, Patricia Jessamy, has come under fire since that murder. Critics claim she hasn't been tough enough on violent criminals.

It's an issue that came up Thursday night during her debate with challenger Gregg Bernstein.
