Baltimore - Baltimore City police say a 9-year-old boy shot late Tuesday night in Cherry Hill is expected to survive.
According to BPD Public Information Officer Det. Jeremy Silbert, officers responded to the 1000 block of Bethune Road for a report of a shooting at approximately 11:55 p.m.
When officers arrived, they found a 9-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to his abdomen.
The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment and is expected to survive.
Police arrested 37-year-old Kenneth Graham and charged him with attempted murder and associated weapons and assault charges.
