GLEN BURNIE, Md. - Anne Arundel County fire crews battled a blaze in Glen Burnie that sent a woman to the hospital with life threatening injuries officials said.
Lt. Cliff Kooser , Spokesman for the Anne Arundel County Fire Department, reports that one woman was taken to Baltimore Washington Medical Center with serious life threatening injuries.
The one alarm fire broke out around 10:30 p.m. in the basement of a home in the 10 block of Sumac Road in the Marley Neck area of Glen Burnie. Kooser said additional units were brought in to fight the flames.
