ANNAPOLIS - Three puppies are recovering after going through major surgery. We told you about these puppies on ABC2 News, and the response was huge.

Viewers called our newsroom and Pet Rescue of Maryland, wanting to donate money or volunteer services after they saw LuSeal, Hope and Seal. Their mom was a stray. The puppies came from a litter of 10 and three of them had severe front leg deformities.

Veterinary Orthopedic Sports Medicine Group in Annapolis Junction did the surgeries. Surgeries on all three puppies would normally cost $20,000, but the animal hospital did it for $2,000.

VOSM invited ABC2 News Megan Pringle in the operating room. If you would like to see the video, click on the video box on the left.
