Tanker captain with fever taken off ship near Maryland

ANNAPOLIS. Md -  

The Coast Guard says the captain of a tanker anchored off Annapolis needed medical attention after reporting he had a fever.
 
The Coast Guard says the captain of the Cape Althea contacted them Tuesday at about 5 p.m. to report he had a temperature of 104 degrees.
 
The Coast Guard says it escorted an Anne Arundel County Fire and Rescue boat crew to the scene, and the 61-year-old captain was taken off the ship.
