DAVIDSONVILLE, Md. - Are you in the market for a new grill?  Do you like gardening?  The Homestead Gardens in Davidsonville has all you need to meet your spring needs!

This weekend kicks off Homestead Gardens' open house "Cherish the Chesapeake," where the storefront will be converted into a seaside paradise.

2013 marks Homestead Gardens' 40th Anniversary, and they chose this theme to honor something close to every Marylander's heart; the Chesapeake Bay.

The store has booked experts throughout the weekend to host seminars on sustainable practices to preservation of the Chesapeake, to outdoor living and gardening trends.
