An 8 foot fence on Chester Ave. in Eastport has caused quit a uproar with some neighbors.

Antoinette Riddick is the owner of Turner's Marina and she is responsible for putting this fence up.

Some in the community have been very vocal. While we were talking with Ms. Riddick people walking by shouted rude comments while hitting her fence with there hands.

Mayor Josh Cohen feels this is part of a bigger issue of what the zoning laws allow in the city.

The 15 day period for affected neighbors to appeal is still open. Some in the community wonder if the is a hurdle too high for the community and Ms. Riddick to handle.
