ANNAPOLIS - Congratulations to Jodi Hickman and Sean Peria of Annapolis on the birth of their baby girl. Senna Peria, was born at 12:37 a.m. on New Year's day at Anne Arundel Medical Center. She was the first reported birth of 2012 in the Baltimore area.
