ANNAPOLIS, Md. - The Naval Academy graduated 1,099 men and women today, but one made history.
Kevin Hillery is the first paraplegic midshipmen to graduate.
He was hurt in a bicycle accident last year and paralyzed from the waist down.
Hillery will not be able to serve in the military because of his accident but he plans to attend law school now.
