Officials at Baltimore-Washington Thurgood Marshall International Airport (BWI) say there were no injuries in an aircraft fire that happened Wednesday morning.
JetBlue Airways flight 1329 from Boston arrived at the airport shortly before 11:30. As the aircraft taxied to its fate, there was report of a fire.
"The BWI Airport Fire and Rescue Department responded to the aircraft at gate on Concourse D and extinguished the fire," said spokesman Jonathan Dean.
Dean said passengers were able to get off the plane through the jet bridge without incident.
