SEVERN, Md. (WMAR) - Anne Arundel County Fire officials are trying to figure out what sparked a two-alarm house fire Wednesday afternoon.
Crews were called to the 1300 block of Sewell Farm Drive to find heavy flames shooting from a single family dwelling.
A second alarm was quickly called and a total of 53 firefighters arrived to fight the blaze.
Firefighters from Fort Meade, BWI and Howard County all came to assist in the fight.
There were no reports of any injuries, but the home was heavily damaged.
