PASADENA, Md. -
When most people think of coyotes, they don’t picture the animals roaming the suburbs. But an Anne Arundel County woman watched two kill her cat.
Lori Reaney watched in horror as two coyotes attacked her pet outside her Pasadena home.
She believes the animals are also responsible for killing her chickens.
Nor Reaney and her daughter say they are concerned about walking around their property.
“I don’t come outside at night anymore,” she says, “only in the daytime.”
Wildlife experts say coyotes live in every county in the state. They say you should keep pets inside so they don’t get attacked.
