ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Leopold held a straight face as the judge read through the charges. Judge notes the detail took Janet Owens to personal events.

Judge said Leopold's efforts to have officers put up signs was extensive and pervasive.

Verdict for Count 1 - Misconduct in Office - Guilty.

Count 3 Misconduct in Office -- Judge said parking lot sex was tawdry but officers were required to drive him - Guilty.

Counts 4 and 5 - Not Guilty. Count 5 is the most serious because it carried prison time.
