Annapolis Most Wanted turns himself in

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WMAR) -
A man wanted in connection with a double shooting that killed one person and left one in critical condition and topped the Most Wanted list has turned himself in.
Police say Clarence Eugene Johnson III turned himself into Annapolis Police today. He was wanted for the homicide that happened December 12 in the 1400 block of Tyler Avenue.
When officers responded to the scene, they found Joseph Johnson III, suffering from a gunshot wound to the head and Jana Jackson suffering from gunshot wounds to the chest and arm.
Joseph Johnson died of his injuries at the scene.
Clarence Johnson was identified as the suspect by a witness in the area. Prior to the shooting Clarence Johnson and Joseph Johnson were involved in a dice game for money. Joseph and Clarence are not related.
Clarence Johnson was upset because he lost money at the game and left the area. Clarence later returned, entered the residence and three gunshots were heard.
Clarence then left the area.
Clarence is charged with first and second degree murder, first and second degree attempted murder, two counts of first degree assault, two counts of second degree assault and two counts of reckless endangerment.
Officers are still investigating the homicide and say they are looking into similar homicides that occurred in the Robinwood and Harbour House communities.
