AA Co. Schools closed Monday after storm

Anne Arundel County Public Schools canceled all school-sponsored activities and programs for Monday, July 2. They were prompted to make closures after power outages and downed power lines from Friday night’s storm.
Employees are under a Code Blue with liberal leave in effect Monday. 12 month employees who are unable to get to their work location are encouraged to use annual leave and should notify their supervisor if they do.
