ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Regan Littell from Broadneck can't tell you how many field hockey goals she scored against arch rival Severna Park.
"My goals, I don't know how many, it doesn't matter, just that somebody has to do it", says Regan.
Somebody did, Regan scored the game winner and turned the season around.
"Now that win makes us more enthusiastic", says the Broadneck Junior.
So it took a few months, but Coach Jen Plack is molding a championship caliber club, saying, "We've been driving home the effort of team."
Regan adds, "My main goal is connect everyone".
Regan is really flourishing in her JR. year at Broadneck. She's a 4.0 student, taking honors and AP courses and is in the Spanish Club and in the Club called Future Doctors. "Where we go to hospitals and learn."
Right now, she is a smooth operator with her stick. Recently Coach held a team bonding session, told the girls to look themselves in the mirror, and then name one or two players this team can't play without.
Coach Plack said, "Almost all the girls picked Regan."
Well you can't spell team without R-E-G-A-N. Regan LIttell from Broadneck is the Bel Air Honda Student Athlete of the Week.
