GLEN BURNIE, Md. - Police have identified two suspects from an August robbery and murder of a 7-11 clerk in Glen Burnie.
The Anne Arundel County Police Department announced today that they believe two teens identified as 17-year-old Vincent Ethan Bunner and 18-year-old Shawn Anthony Johnson, who were previously arrested for the November murder at the Mr. Wings and Pizza, were connected with more recent 7-11 homicide as well.
Detectives used evidence at both crime scenes to connect the suspects.
This past summer on August 9th at about 3:30 a.m. officers were called to the 7-11 store on the corner of Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard & Marley Neck Boulevard.
They found 48-year-old Youssef Kamal Erian Attia, on the floor with a gunshot wound.
Detectives said three men walked into the store, showed a gun and demanded money. While the men were robbing the store, Attia tried to leave. One of the suspects shot him.
The three men jumped into a car and sped off northbound on Marley Neck Bouelvard.
The third suspect has still not been identified.
