MILLERSVILLE, Md. - Need an officer? If you are a student in Millersville, there's an app for that.
Old Mill High school has a new app for their students. Corporal William Davis has created a smartphone app that helps students reach out to the law. Davis is the school resource officer at Old Mill High School in Millersville.
