CHICAGO - A trip to an Illinois Zoo turned into a surprise family reunion.

Two young sisters thought they were there to watch a dolphin show when their dad, who has been stationed overseas, suddenly arrived.

The two girls haven’t seen their dad since last year, and he was let out on leave to attend his brother’s wedding.

He’s only home for a short time however.  He heads back to Afghanistan in two weeks.
