Police may hear a lot of creative excuses from people from people hoping to avoid speeding tickets, but one north Florida woman may win for most unusual reason for fleeing police.
Mandy Ramsey says she didn’t’ stop in Florida because she was topless.
Police say she ran a stop sign and crashed into a tree when an officer tried to puller her over
Ramsey says she was en route to surprise her boyfriend. She was booked for fleeing and eluding law enforcement.
Ramsey was supposed to start working as a teacher’s aide for the Marion County School District, but that job may be in jeopardy.
