WASHINGTON, D.C. - The FBI is looking for two men seen in video from the Boston Marathon, but stopped short of calling them suspects.
Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano didn't provide descriptions of the men, but told the Homeland Security Committee on Thursday that the video raised the question of two men the FBI wants to interview.
Napolitano also said it's still unclear whether the bombing is the work of foreign or domestic terrorists.
Monday's explosions killed three people, including an 8-year-old boy, and wounded more than 170 others.
