The Apple store is one of the busiest chains in the country.
But despite the crowds, Smart Money Magazine says many customers have common complaints.     
They say employees sometimes come off as "smug," especially when they're dealing with people who don't have a lot of computer experience.
People complain the stores are hard to get to, particularly those that are located in malls.
And once shoppers actually get to the store, they often run into long lines at the Genius Bar.
The good news for Apple fans is that the company just appointed a new retail store chief.
It will be that person's job to make stores less intimidating and more customer friendly.
