WASHINGTON -

Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton goes before two congressional panels today to testify about the September attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya.

Four Americans were killed, including U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens.

She had been scheduled to testify before Congress last month, but a concussion and a blood clot near her brain forced her to postpone her appearance.

Congressional Republicans have accused the Obama administration of ignoring signs of deteriorating security in Libya.
