A toddler surprised his uncle when he took an iPhone and attempted a conversation with Siri .
Byron Clarke says what makes this so remarkable is the fact that one-year-old Colt isn't allowed to play with cell phones.
When Colt heard the Siri chime, he immediately tried to talk.
That's something Byron says the child has seen his sister do.
