Mother drives away with baby on top of car

A mother is facing charges this morning after police say she forgot her baby on the roof of her car.
The 5-week-old baby was found in the street on Saturday. Luckily, he was not seriously hurt. And was found laughing and giggling.
Officers say the 19-year-old mother got in a fight with her boyfriend and went to a friend’s house to smoke pot.

She put the baby on the roof and forgets to put him in the car. She faces aggravated DUI and child abuse charges.
