More witnesses to take the stand in George Huguely trial

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. - 6:17 p.m. Thursday - Done for the day.

6:09 p.m. Thursday - Molly Millard, Love's teammate - She's expected to be the final witness of the day.  And it's expected to be emotional.  The team traveled to Chicago to play Northwestern the weekend before Love's death.  Millard was Love's roommate on that trip. Love read her the "I should have killed you" e-mail from Huguely.  Millard started crying before describing the e-mail.. was sobbing by the time she got to the next question.  Millard said Love had no injuries from the game that Friday.  She played only 30 seconds. 

5:40 p.m. Thursday - Detective. J.P. Mooney of the Charlottesville P.D - Det. Mooney found Love's laptop in a dumpster near her apartment.  He also pieced together the e-mail conversation from the week before Love's death. That e-mail exchange should include the "I should have killed you" comment.

5:38 p.m. Thursday - FBI forensic Electronics Expert Michael Fisher - He testified about retrieving data from a blackberry.  It's unclear if the Blackberry is George's or Yeardley's.

4:58 p.m. Thursday - Detective Albert Leightley - He analyzed Love and Huguely's computers.

4:41 p.m. Thursday - Stephanie Aladj, Sorority sister and Love's friend - Aladj says she had a romantic relationship with George Huguely.  In the Spring of 2010, she would visit Huguely's apartment once or twice per week.

3:34 p.m. Thursday - Current University of Virginia student Kate Camber - Camber was hosting the two high school girls.  She took them to the Boylan Heights bar.  After Boylan Heights, Camber left the girls with George Huguely "to babysit them" while she argued with another guy.  Huguely took the girls to his apartment. Camber went there. Then. Love came in and got mad at Huguely.  According to Camber, Huguely's response was either "You crazy bitch" or "You crazy slut."   

3:25 p.m. Thursday - Virginia lacrosse player Brian Carroll.  Carroll is from Towson & went to Gilman.  He knew Yeardley Love since they were in 9th grade.  Carroll said by the Spring of 2010, Huguely was drinking heavily four times a week.

2:54 p.m. Thursday - Former lacrosse player Tim Fuchs -  He was at the February 27, 2010.  He says he also saw the choking incident.  Fuchs describes Love as scared.  The week before Love's death, Fuchs and Huguely were in Huguely's apartment with two high school senior girls visiting campus.  Fuchs says Love came in, saw him with girls she didn't know and got mad.  She started yelling.  Fuchs left the apartment.  Fuchs also saw Huguely at the golf tournament the day Love died.  Fuchs says Huguely was drunk and skirting words.

2:44 p.m. Thursday - Cross-exmanination of Burns - Burns says he "hooked up" with Love on and off in NY in '09.  Police interviewed Burns after the Feb. 27 incident. At time, he said Huguely's arm was around Love's chest, not neck.  In cross-examination, Burns stands by his statement that Huguely's arm was around Love's neck.

2:28 p.m. Thursday - UNC Lacrosse player Mike Burns. - Yeardley Love's roommate, Caitlin Whiteley said Love "had a relationship" with Burns.  And the threatening e-mail Huguely wrote to Love referenced Mike Burns.   Burns visited Charlottesvile on Feb. 27, 2010.  He was at a party that night, heard a woman scream "Help me, help me."  The party was at an apartment building where George Huguely lived.  Burns went into the room where the woman was screaming.  He saw Huguely choking Yeardley Love.  Burns demonstrates the choke hold. 

2:19 p.m. Thursday - University of Virginia Dr. Danny Mistry.   He's testifying about Love's use of ADHD medications.  HE said EKGs were used to monitor the heart activity of all athletes.  Three of Love's EKGs were entered into evidence.  Dr. Mistry says none of them show anything out of the ordinary.  The prosecutor asks, "Any medical reason she should have passed away on May 3, 2010?"

2:00 p.m. Thursday - Lunch break ends.  Just brought Huguely back into court.. should be starting up again soon.

12:39 p.m. Thursday - Judge calls for lunch.  During lunch, attorneys will debate whether some photos were taken by Bales.

12:23 p.m. Thursday - Detective Sgt. Shawn Bales - Bales went to the scene after hearing about the call from the initial officers.  Bales says, "The young lady on the ground, due to my training, and experience was obviously the victim of an act of violence."  Jury looks at photos taken by Bales at the scene.  He says he told rescue crews they were in an active crime scene. 

12:12 p.m. Thursday - Cross examination - Defense asks Dr. Brady about analogy comparing blood vessels to garden hoses.  Brady says only similarity is that liquid flows through them.  Brady says blood vessels are specialized & "awesomely designed."  He said blood pressure in the brain during CPR would be extremely low.

11:34 a.m. Thursday - Dr. Willam Brady, Professor at University of Virginia Medical School - Brady is also the medical director of the Charlottesville-Albemarle
