More radiation from cell phones?

WASHINGTON -
You soon may be coming into contact with more radiation thanks to your cell phone.
The Government Accountability Office is asking the FCC to update its cell phone radiation standards.
They want to raise the limits by 20%, saying smartphone usage is dictating the request.
The reasoning is that people use cell phones in other capacities more than ever, rather than just talking.
