ALEXANDRIA, Va. (AP) - A Maryland man has pleaded guilty to sex trafficking a 15-year-old runaway.

Twenty-nine-year-old Julio Cesar Revolorio Ramos of Adelphi, Md., entered the plea on Wednesday. He faces a maximum of life in prison at sentencing Feb. 8.

Prosecutors say Ramos and a conspirator encouraged the girl to work as a prostitute, arranging for her to engage in sex acts with more than a dozen men daily.
