How much does a state owe people who are wrongly convicted and imprisoned?
Their freedom, of course, but what about cash?
Lawmakers in Colorado are considering a bill that would give $70,000 a year to people who were imprisoned for crimes they didn't commit.
The bill would give $25,000 dollars a year to people who were wrongly put on parole and probation, and who were made to register as a sex offender for a crime they did not commit.
