BALTIMORE - There are lists you want to make, like "most powerful" or "best dressed."

And then there's this one, GQ's top 25 "least influential" people of the year.

The number one spot on the list goes to Mitt Romney. The magazine's humor writers described his campaign as uninspiring.

Also recognized was First lady Michelle Obama for her "Let's Move!" campaign,an attempt to get Americans to eat healthier that GQ said was hopeless.

According to GQ, the order of the list doesn't matter because, "all zeros are created equal."
