DENVER, Colo. - A Denver, Colorado, company is now offering bonuses to employees for taking vacations, but there’s a catch. You can’t take you cell phone, smart device or laptop.

The software company is offering that incentive in order to keep qualified workers. The company, "Full Contact," is giving employees a $7,500 bonus to take the time off.

CEO Bart Lorang got the idea after looking at a picture of himself on vacation, sending a text while riding a camel.

"Folks get paid on vacation, but we also give them sort of a vacation bonus for them to go on vacation,” he said. "The biggest benefit is when you get back, you're so much more invigorated, recharged."

Lorang is hoping to set his company apart in the tech community in order to get top talent.
