NEW YORK -
Ford has a warning for owners of the new 2013 Ford Escape.
The company is recalling the SUV for a third time because an improperly installed part could trigger a fire in the engine.
This affects about 7600 Escapes.
In July, Ford recalled nearly 1200 Escapes for a fuel line defect.
Ford says this recall isn’t as severe, but you should still get the car checked out.
