Vermont entrepreneur Bo Muller-Moore is taking on a popular fast food restaurant chain.

He sells a line of t-shirts that read "Eat More Kale."

But Chick Fil A has trademarked the phrase "Eat Mor Chikin."

Their lawyers are fighting Muller-Moore, saying his t-shirts could confuse customers and make them think he's associated with the restaurant.

Muller-Moore says he won't back down and that his shirts are meant to promote agriculture in vermont; they have nothing to do with Chick Fil A.

The fast food chain says it can't comment on pending legal matters.
