Facebook can determine your job success

NEW YORK - A new study says your Facebook profile could dictate your job success.
Within a matter of minutes researchers could look at a page and determine a person's taste in books, music as well as how social they are.
The study also says Facebook information may be stronger than personality and IQ measures often used by human resource departments.
