NEW ORLEANS, La. - Love a good conspiracy theory? Here's a new one for you. Some are saying that the "Illuminati" actually caused the partial power outage at the Super Bowl.
Conspiracy theories abound about Beyonce and her husband, Jay-Z's connection to the Illuminati, so maybe it is a natural progression that the Internet is ablaze with theories about the power outages being connected to Beyonce and the Illuminati.
This theory is fueled by speculation that Beyonce showed an Illuminati symbol , a diamond shape, while singing. HoweverJay-Z often uses the same symbol to promote his company, Roc-A-Fella Records. (See the 2nd photograph)
The "official Illuminati" Twitter account claims responsibility for the outage, but Super Bowl officials are still trying to find the precise cause of the 34-minutes blackout .
Some documents say that Super Dome officials were worried about an outage before it happened. One October 15 document that the AP found said that the "dome's electrical feeders showed decay and "a chance of failure."
