BALTIMORE - A study recently released shows we do a lot more in the bathroom than traditionally thought.

According to digitaljournal.com , a survey of 1,000 Americans with cell phones showed many of us text, talk and surf the web while sitting on the toilet.

According to the survey, 63% of the people answered a phone call, 41% placed a phone call, and 75% have either texted, surfed the web or used apps while using the toilet.

There is also a difference in what you do on the toilet, depending on what phone you have.  Android users are most likely to multitask on their phone; Those with Blackberries are most likely to place a call, and iPhone owners check out Facebook.

The study also said 16% of people shop while on the toilet.
