WASHINGTON -

Determining if you have breast cancer could now be as simple as going to an app on your phone.

And the software, that is 99% accurate, was created by a 17-year-old high school student.

Brittney Wenger won the Google science fair with her software that detects complex patterns to make diagnostic calls on breast cancer.

No word on when the program would begin to be sued but the teen says she thinks it’s hospital ready.
