A father calls police with some terrifying news, his 13-year-old son raped a 7-year-old girl in their family.
"This father did what was right and I want to commend him for that."
The teenager is behind bars, facing a serious crime, but police are jumping to his defense saying he's a victim too.
"This case is all about bullying, and because of the bullying, now we have two victims."
"The sheriff says the young boy admitted to his actions, and then explained he did this because other kids at school teased and tormented him so brutally about being a virgin."
"Aw, come on."
People in this community, especially parents, say they're stunned by how powerful bullying can be.
"It's just sad that a 13-year-old would be tortured that much to where they would turn and do something like that to their own family member."
"An extreme side of what a tormented kid is willing to do to avoid being bullied, to avoid being teased."
