Man poses as robber to scare girlfriend, called 'World's Worst Boyfriend'

CINCINNATI - Most boyfriends like to sweep their girlfriends off their feet with romantic surprises. But not this guy.

George Daoud -- a 25-year-old Dayton, Ohio, native -- has gone viral on YouTube after posting a video of a prank he pulled on his girlfriend and two other women. Daoud decided he’d catch the lady in his life off guard by sneaking into her Little Rock, Ark., apartment and waiting for her disguised as a robber.

With the camera rolling, he prefaced the prank letting YouTube viewers know that he planned to spook his girlfriend of one year, Soukaina Messaoudi, her sister and her roommate.

To up the realism factor, he had a 32” TV and a duffel bag in hand when the women came to the apartment about an hour later.

Just as he’d hoped, the women were frightened out of their minds, screaming at the top of their lungs as they jetted out of the apartment.

This joke has earned him the title “world's worst boyfriend” all over the Internet. Daoud, who appeared on "Good Morning America" Friday said his intentions were innocent enough.

“I was bored one day and I thought, ‘What’s their biggest fear?’ and I just went to the store and got a mask and pulled the prank,” said Daoud.

While many may call Daoud the world's worst boyfriend, Messaoudi said she seemed to take in all in stride at first.

“When I see George coming out of the apartment I started dying laughing because I was like, ‘Oh my God he got me,’” Messaoudi said. “But afterwards my sister started crying a lot…and I was like that’s something really mean that he did so I got really mad.”
