--“The Board found that the physician’s conduct constituted fraudulently or deceptively using a license; engaging in immoral and unprofessional conduct in the practice of medicine; being addicted to, or habitually abusing, any narcotic or controlled dangerous substance; making or filing a false report or record in the practice of medicine and selling, prescribing, giving away or administering drugs for illegal or illegitimate medical purposes.”
--“Board investigation determined that started on or around January 1, 2007, the Respondent fraudulently and unlawfully prescribed and forged prescriptions for Controlled Dangerous Substances and other prescription medications in his name and the names of his family members, and personally filled those prescriptions at local pharmacies for his own personal use.”
