--“Suspension for three (3) months and Probation for a minimum of five (5) years from the date the suspension is terminated with terms and conditions to include referral to MPRP, completion of an ethics tutorial and a prohibition on self-prescribing and prescribing to family members. The Board determined that the physician’s deceptively used his license, is guilty of unprofessional conduct, habitually abused a narcotic or controlled dangerous substance, failed to meet standards of quality care, prescribed drugs for illegitimate medical purposes and failed to keep adequate medical records.”
--“The Board received a written response from the Respondent in which he acknowledged ‘judgment mistakes’ in his writing of prescriptions, that he wrote prescriptions for Adderall and Percocet for Family Members A, B, and C, and that he took Adderall for his own use.”
