--“The physician decided to permanently surrender his license to avoid further prosecution of the case. The Board charged the physician with a single act of engaging in immoral and unprofessional conduct in the practice of medicine and with a violation of sexual misconduct.”

--“According to Patient A…the Respondent approached Patient A, who was fully clothed and sitting on the edge of the examination table, and began hugging and kissing her, while rubbing his genitals against her.  The Respondent engaged in further sexual misconduct including placing Patient A’s hand on his genitals and pushing her head down to his penis to perform oral sex.  Patient A did not consent to these actions.”
