--“Permanent revocation. The Board found that the physician was guilty of immoral and unprofessional conduct in the practice of medicine and his actions in regard to three female patients constituted sexual misconduct under Maryland regulations.”
--“The Board bases its conclusion on the following investigative findings pertaining to a complaint filed by a female patient that Respondent raped her during a pelvic examination; and the complaint of a second female patient of Respondent suggesting having sexual activity with her in his office, both of which under the Board’s regulations constitute prohibited sexual misconduct.”
