--“Suspension for 3 months; then probation for a minimum of two years with a permanent prescribing restriction and additional terms and conditions. The Board found that the physician failed to meet the standards of quality medical care and failed to keep adequate medical records in eleven pain management patients reviewed.”
--“Summary Suspension, immediately stayed with the following condition: the Respondent shall not prescribe any Schedule II, III or IV CDS at any practice location except at the Hospice of Queen Anne’s County. The Board found that the physician failed to meet the standards of quality medical care and failed to keep adequate medical records in eleven pain management patients reviewed.”
