--“The Board suspended the physician for violating the Consent Order of July 29, 2010, and for admitting to repeatedly ingesting illicit substances and deliberately evading detection on toxicology screens.”

--“The Respondent admitted that in 2009, after being discharged from a substance abuse treatment facility...stealing oxycodone and hydrocodone from his brother and later buying some from a street dealer. The Respondent further admitted to using his son’s urine to fake urine tests and by the new year (2011) was using his urine exclusively…The Respondent resumed using cocaine in early 2011 because he was no longer able to get high from opioids and stated that he drank Listerine to calm down.”
