How to file a complaint against a doctor

The Maryland Board of Physicians handles all complaints made against doctors in our state.

If you feel you need to file a complaint against your doctor, ABC2 has made the correct form available to you here in our Bad Medicine section.

In order to file a complaint you'll need to fill out the complaint form with specific information about the incident, your health provider, your name, as well as contact information.

You will also need to determine whether you will consent to release medical reports and records to the Board of Physicians that may help with the investigation into the matter.
