--“The Board found that the physician prescribed drugs for illegal or illegitimate medical purposes, is guilty of unprofessional conduct in the practice of medicine and that he is professionally, physically, or mentally incompetent to practice medicine. The physician prescribed excessive amounts of CDS in the absence of any illness that would reasonably call for those prescriptions.”
