--“Patient A stated that she first saw Respondent when she was about three months pregnant and continued to see her regularly throughout her pregnancy…Respondent referred her to Prince George’s Hospital for induction on January 10, 2008...when Patient A arrived at Prince George’s Hospital, the doctor on duty informed Patient A the fetus was deceased…she has been unable to retrieve her medical records from Respondent. Respondent had left the office where she had previously practiced.”
--“Respondent’s conduct, including but not limited to failing to respond to a Board subpoena for medical records and for failing to respond to the allegations in a complaint, is evidence of unprofessional conduct in the practice of medicine.”
