--“The Board took disciplinary action based upon the physician’s conduct at a hospital where he held privileges, the findings of the hospital’s fitness for duty psychological evaluation, and the report of neurological screening; the Board’s order requires continuing treatment, professional supervision, limitation on his practice in regard to the number of patients he sees, and requires a full psychological re-evaluation during the probationary period.”
